A new Bravo franchise is on the way: The Real Housewives of Rhode Island. At BravoCon 2025 in Las Vegas over the weekend, executive producer Andy Cohen unveiled the first-look trailer for the newest Housewives installment during the “Ask Andy” panel.

Bravo first announced The Real Housewives of Rhode Island, the 11th installment of the Real Housewives franchise, in May. The cast, at the time, was described as “a tight-knit circle of Rhode Islanders who have deep community roots and families that go back generations.”

“It’s interesting that it’s one of the smallest states, and it kind of feels like this insular community where everybody knows each other [and] you can’t get away with anything. It is the perfect spot for a Housewives,” Cohen told Deadline at BravoCon. “Plus, it’s also so beautiful, it’s aspirational. It’s the Ocean State — it’s teeny. And the women are outrageously fun and great for TV.”

When does The Real Housewives of Rhode Island premiere?

There’s no official date yet, but The Real Housewives of Rhode Island is set to premiere sometime in 2026.

Who is part of the Real Housewives of Rhode Island cast?

The women joining the cast of The Real Housewives of Rhode Island were announced at BravoCon 2025 in Las Vegas on Nov. 16.

Cohen previously said of the Rhode Island cast: “They are very Italian. Rhode Island is such a small state, and they all kind of know each other and overlap. And it’s an incredible group of women who have really interesting connections. I think it’s going to really surprise people.”

Here’s what to know about the cast, according to Bravo:

Ashley Iaconetti

Iaconetti is a fan favorite from The Bachelor franchise. The Bachelor Nation star made her reality television debut in 2015 as a contestant on Season 19 of The Bachelor and went on to appear on the first and second seasons of Bachelor in Paradise in 2015 and 2016 before competing in Season 1 of The Bachelor Winter Games in 2018. She and her husband, Rhode Island native and fellow Bachelor Nation star Jared Haibon, tied the knot in 2019. They have two young sons together, Dawson and Hayden.

Haibon and Iaconetti moved to Rhode Island from Los Angeles in 2021 and reportedly had plans to build a home in East Greenwich. Haibon manages their coffee shop, Audrey’s Coffee House & Lounge, in South Kingstown, and Iaconetti is focused on her “thriving career as a social media powerhouse,” all while trying to navigate life in her husband’s home state.

Rosie DiMare

A former local television news anchor, DiMare is now “a sought-after DJ” and host of her own lifestyle program. She recently celebrated her first wedding anniversary with husband Rich DiMare, a well-known Frank Sinatra-style singer, with whom she lives in North Kingstown.

Alicia Carmody 

Described as a “runaway bride” and “Rhode Island to the core,” Carmody helps her fiancé of eight years, Billy Kitsilis, run his restaurant, Pizza Mamma. Carmody and Kitsilis have one child, daughter Celina, and reside in Providence.

Liz McGraw

Recognized by Bravo as the state’s “cannabis queen,” McGraw and her husband, Gerry, own and operate the Slater Center, the “largest and most successful” cannabis dispensary in Rhode Island. In addition to being a “business powerhouse,” McGraw is also a doting stepmother to her daughters, Miranda, Briana and Skyla. McGraw resides in Cranston.

Dolores Catania, a beloved member of the Real Housewives of New Jersey cast, will also make appearances as a friend of McGraw’s.

Kelsey Swanson

Swanson, a former Miss Rhode Island, is “one of the state’s top makeup artists.” She’s also been in a 10-year relationship with one of Rhode Island’s “most notable figures” and enjoys “the lap of luxury while keeping her social calendar full.” Swanson lives in Cranston.

Rulla Nehme Pontarelli 

Pontarelli “helms a financial empire” as a certified financial planner and wealth manager to some of the most distinguished families on the East Coast. She’s married to Brian, a notable podiatrist in the state, with whom she has children Luca and Laila. The Pontarellis live in Lincoln.

Jo-Ellen Tiberi 

Tiberi is the “self-proclaimed town gossip” and a notable aesthetic practice development manager. She has three kids, Gian, Jolie and Gia, with her high school sweetheart-husband, Gary. The Tiberi family resides in Cranston.

What can viewers expect from The Real Housewives of Rhode Island?

If the trailer is any indication, it looks like The Real Housewives of Rhode Island is ready to dish out some serious small-coastal-town drama. At the start of the three-minute clip, Iaconetti says, “People here … they don’t look down on other states, but they’re weirded out that other states exist.”

DiMare adds, “Welcome to Rhode Island, where nobody tells anybody the truth, and everybody just lies to each other’s faces and talks s*** behind their back.”

What has the cast said about the upcoming series?

Following the Rhode Island cast reveal on Nov. 16, Iaconetti confirmed the news on Instagram, where she posted the official teaser. The reality TV star wrote alongside the clip, “Toto, I have a feeling we’re not in Kansas anymore.”

Iaconetti’s involvement in The Real Housewives of Rhode Island cast marks the first time Bachelor Nation and the Real Housewives franchise have crossed over. Based on the Instagram comments celebrating Iaconetti’s big news, it seems several of her Bachelor Nation friends — including Ben Higgins, Amanda Stanton, Lauren Luyendyk and Rachel Recchia — will be tuning in to this iteration of Housewives.
